The Government has announced that there have been a few cases of the new variant (Omicron) sweeping across the UK.
Blue Bears will be updating and re-introducing our safety measures at all our clubs.
During our Xmas break, holiday club parents will be asked to wear PPE when bringing or picking up their child from the playscheme.
You will not be allowed within the club. A member of staff will bring your child to you at the main entrance.
We will be carrying out all necessary precautions and following the Government guidelines within our setting to keep children and staff as safe as possible.
All new attendees for the HAF programme must ensure they have successfully completed an online registration form. You will be required to upload a proof of benefits document to complete the registration form (picture of benefit entitlement letter). (https://bluebearsplayscheme.co.uk/registrations)
All existing HAF members must re-upload proof of benefits only. (http://bluebearsplayscheme.co.uk/file-upload)
Any parents who are not able to upload proof of benefits via our website can also bring the documents in a plastic see-through wallet.
If you are worried about the safety of your child while in our setting, please speak to our staff (wear a PPE).
